|Wings Sanga| To be or not to be.
Wings had had enough sitting at his desk, hunched over and soldering like there was no tomorrow at the computer he was building. The windows had been open as was the door, allowing for a killer draft to come though. Cold and tired of squinting, Wings made his way down to the theater, where he wanted to be anyway. As much as he wanted to finish the computer, he would very much rather be on the stage.
And there he was now. There was no one in the theater, which was just fine. He had a monologue due at the end of the week, so he figured he’d start blocking it while he was here. so, to be Adam! The first man on earth!
“Well, she had one theory remaining about the colossus: she thought that if… if she? If she could tame it, and make it friendly, we could use it in the river as a bridge. Turned out he was pretty tame after all, for her anyway. Um… he came out and followed her around like a pet mountain. Like the other animals. They all do that. Wow, I am really bad at this monologue.” Pulling out the paper from his back pocket, he sat on the apron of the stage and read over the highlighted lines again, the work-lights being just enough light for him to see the printed words.

Wings turned quickly as he heard applause, blinking owlishly though the thick lenses of his goggles he was wearing. He hadn’t thought anyone was in the theater, and now that he knew differently he quickly stuffed the script back into his back pocket and stood up, trying to see who was out there. He didn’t see anyone, so he wasn’t sure if he was just imagining it.
“Hello?” Oh! Hey, there was someone out there after all. A girl. Okay, that works. “Hello. Sorry, didn’t see you out there. You an actor? Were you the one out there listening to me blather?”
He didn’t know his lines yet, so it was a little embarrassing to have someone listen in on him right now. He did need help on it, but this probably wasn’t the time to do so.

Ah, now he could see her very clearly. Good, good. Taking her hand, he gave it a friendly and hearty shake, smiling happily.
“Well, that’s very kind of you. Thank you very much for that, it was much needed. I’m afraid I’m not the kind that knows how a line should be said. Sanga, Wings Sanga. Actor, director, set builder, and all around American geek. Pleased to meet you Sid.”
Good kid. She had that feel about her. She was defiantly theater material. The hair, the makeup, the piercing, even the way she sauntered around. She was something to consider for a play at some point.

Sid Flashed and a side ways smile at Wings as he took her hand for a friendly shake. For a geek,he wasn't half bad looking,Even if the glasses where a little funky lookin' ."Nice to meet you to Wings," She said. When she took her hand back and then she ran it thru her long bang, so they hung slightly out of her face."So, What was the thing your reading?"She asked."Mark Twain, Right?"She did'nt look to smart, but she was quite well read.

Wings grinned at the question, and her own answer. Not many knew that Twain wrote plays. Most only thought of Huck Finn or his other books. Smart girl, and not bad looking either. Loved the colors.
“Got that right! How strange it is, that one would know something like that. Most in the theater don’t even know where it’s from. You’ve got a good head on your shoulders Sid, gold star!” Taking off his glasses, Wings flopped back onto the stage, back against the cool concrete. Nice pit-cover.

Even the Devil needs a little sympathy.
She clapped her hands together as Wings praised her, the sound echoed around in the empty space.Sid smiled as she sat down next to Wings, crossing her legs like she always did.She pressed her back against the Concrete that felt pleasantly cold. She looked over at the person who was next to her and saw that he had taken off his glasses. She could see how lightly blue his eyes really where, like a clear sky.She liked them. She blushed, something very unlike her when she caught her self staring into his eyes. She quickly looked away across the stage and fiddled with a strand of hair that had snuck of from behind her ear.
She looked down her feet, clad in lime converse, and clacked them together. She noticed her laces had come undone, and she made a mental note to put them back right as she sat up taking her back on the concrete that had turn for flesh to goose pimples. She looked back at Wings."So, what brings you to Apollo?"She asked, fiddling with the rebel strand of hair again.
