Elu purred as Jude kissed him, ignoring the fact that Jude ignored his question. After all, he had done the same so it kind of made sense. Drawing closer he pecked the top of Jude’s ear and rested his head on his lover’s. Such a funny thing to worry about; what was going to happen. No one was able to see the future, they could plan and plan and come up with ideas… then the next day one of them could be hit by a bus. The future was uncertain, so Elu tended not to want to think too far ahead, one could only get hurt.

“Jude, I do love you. Nothing could make me stop loving you. You know that, right?”

But it was nagging him. What a stupid thing, Elu was beating himself up now that he had said something… stupid, you had all year, you didn’t have anything to worry about. This is what happens when you think; don’t use your head it gets you into trouble. But he knew that already, he had known that for a long time. But he still did it anyway. What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same process over and over again and expecting different results?

_{Jude smiled as he heard the sounds Elu where making. He retracted his arm back to his side, and try to cuddle as close to the other body as he possibly could. He was feeling a bit sleepy. He had a paper due for class, and had stay up the past few night, working for a good grade. He sighed as his chest bumped into Elu's. He may have been half bent over, but Jude was still more then tall enough that his chin lift comfortably into the crook of Elu's neck. Jude closed his eyes nuzzled against the inviting skin.

He blushed. He couldn't help it, even if it did embarrass the life out of him, he couldn't help. Jude like it that he had found someone that made him blush. He pulled his back so it rested against a pillow. He took the other's hands in him, and looked him in eye. "}Elu, I love you like I've never loved anybody else." Jude took one the hands, raised it to his face and kissed the back of it, adding more emphasis to his already heavy words. "I'm not perfect, far from it." Again, he inched forward to in cast Elu in his arms. " But, I try, for you. I really do."

That really wasn't like Jude. at all. He didn't wear is hear on his sleeve like some people do. No, that wasn't this Englishman. He was, usually, laid back and kept things bottled up. Maybe that wasn't the healthiest thing in the world, but it worked for him. But it seemed when ever Jude was around Elu, there was such a dramatic change in his behavior and personality, it was a little scary. He became excited, and he talked way more then he should. The big change in him was he was handled himself. He wasn't a very ' I don't do handshakes, I do hugs' Kind of guy. He thought it funny. He was snapped out of his thoughts when he looked up the other boy. Elu could always grasp and hold Jude's attention with just his eyes. Those green eyes. He sighed and pressed his face against Elu's chest.

Elu could feel Jude’s warm face press into his chest, wrapping his arms around his shoulders. Kissing the top of his head Elu felt his own face grow warm after his hand had been kissed, holding that hand close to his forehead. His body was buzzing happily as his heart sped up with the strangeness of the whole thing. That gave him an idea as to how to ask this question a little better.

“Jude? You hear my heart. It beat only for you. Without you, there’d be no reason for it to beat. But next year, I’m here, and you’re not. I don’t want you to leave me Jude, and I won’t leave you. I know it’s still a long time away, but what do we do when you leave Jude?”

There! There, he said it! the hard part was over… right?

_{Jude smiled. Okay, he was grinning like an idiot. He could hear the rhythmic beats. It sounded like the most wonderful music he had ever heard. He pulled his hand free and spilled it slowly, running its way up Elu's chest. Jude's hand finale came to rest just above his heart. He felt the pulse jump out of the other's chest and into the palm of his hand. It was beating for him had said. Without him, no reason. Just for him, just for Jude.}

Jude tilted his head back to look at Elu as he talked. He seemed a little frantic, and that was of course worrying. It was usually Elu who was the worrier, but Jude could fret too his he felt the need. When he left ? But thats so long away, he thought. But really, it wasn't. And he knew it. A school year was not that long. and they had all summer to figure it out. But that too, was just a few short months. He sighed, he brain was scrambled and he could hardly think straight. "Don't want to leave." I was hard for him to think just right now." I don't know what where gonna do, love." Jude said. That was about as basic as his brain would allow. He moved the hand that was still placed on Elu's chest and moved around to his back. " I won't ever leave you, I promise." Jude was a man of his word.

Jude didn’t want to leave. That helped, the strange weight that was around Elu’s heart lessened a bit, letting him breathe a little more. They had time, they could figure out what to do then. At least it wasn’t gnawing at him anymore. Sighing slightly he snuggled into Jude a bit more and closed his eyes. Worry gone just like that his mind rested on something else and let the fear slip away.

“Thank you. So you smoke, huh? It’s alright, just wondering why is all.”

(Guh, small! I seriously can not think, I’m sorry.)

_{Jude sigh, happy that they were over that little bump in the road. For now, at least. But like he had said, they had all year. Jude knew that he really shouldn't worry about that, and just enjoy the time spent with Elu. That was time that was never waisted. He smiled to Elu as he tried to get closer.

He shifted his potions so that his face with press into Elu's neck. He knew his spot, the spot that Jude could use to get Elu to do anything. He kissed, latching onto the spot. He skin felt pleasantly warm to his lips. He stopped for a moment to breath, and closed his eyes. another question, but it wasn't probing. He tried to answer it the best he could, his voice was low and mumbled against Elu's neck. "}mehh...When you hang around people who smoke, it catches on. I've never smoked anything butt cigarettes." He promised. He opened his eyes again and pecked lightly at his cheek.
