A Bright Smile Broke into Sid's face,she laughed with delight."Awsome!"She said,As she keept pace with Elu on there Instruments.She loved the way his violin sounded with her bass.A Perfect blend of his classical and her punk.As she keept pouding on the strings,her fingers started to hurt and one broken out into a cut and a trickle of blood sliped on the white pickgard.She stoped playing and cursed under her breath."ughh.." She started to flip away the spot with a napkin she had pulled of the table.Her fingers did'nt hurt when she played,but it was throbbing with a dullness.

Elu played with her, the people in the shop falling quiet to listen to the strangely beautiful combination of the two strings. He had to admit it sounded really good. Tapping his foot to keep time for himself, he closed his eyes and pictured the notes written on paper, taking note that he had to write them down later. He paused when she stopped playing, glancing over at her. The sight of blood was all he needed.
Skittering out of his seat, he backed away from the table and turned his head away and avoided looking at the red spot.
“Hey, are you alright Sid? Were we playing too hard, too fast? I’m sorry, we’ll stop, don’t want you hurt too badly.” He didn’t like the sight of blood, couldn’t stand the stuff. If he could do something that would keep it from coming back, he’d do it. He just hoped Sid was alright, he didn’t want his new friend hurt because he was stupid to push too far.

Sid used the little bit of the napkin to rap around the tip of her finger."No,No, Its okay.This finger never really seemed to caluse.i really should'nt slame the the strings like that"Her Smiled still on her face.She Noticed at Elu keepts his eyes away from the Spot of blood and quickly rubbed it out.She did'nt mind the Sight of blood,in fact she loved the old slasher flicks."Are you okay,Elu?"She asked,consern flashing across her face.

Elu glanced over, felt his face get terribly hot as he realized what he had done, and quickly sat down before resting his forehead on the table. Gah, what on earth was he doing?!
“I’m fine. Sorry about that. I don’t really get along too well with blood. Like, not at all, actually. Maybe you should get some kind of thimble or something? You know, so you don’t get hurt or something?”
What on earth could he have been thinking. Acting like that. Heavens, a new friend, and they already think he’s a total spaz case.

Sid smiled sheepishly at her new friend."No,its OK.I'm used to getting hurt..."she said, bending over the table and cupped the boy's chin in her hand and lifted his blushing face up so she could give a look of comfort in his soft green eyes.She winked at him and gently left his forehead rest against the table and used the same hand to pat him on the head."It OK,my fingers have to callus anyways, right?"She asked, trying to lighten the mood in the now almost empty cafe.

Sorry, it's kind of small.
Elu watched her when she lifted his head, unsure now of what to say. Too many nights on the street, blood meant bad things. But she didn’t mind, she was okay with it. clearing his throat again, he let his head go back as she continued talking, pulling himself up again but keeping his head low.
“I guess. Um, what other songs do you know? Anything that you made?” Subject change! That was a good way to get away from embarrassment… he just had to keep reminding himself never to do that again… pulling his case back, he ran his bow over the resin block for something to keep his hands busy. He never really liked not doing anything.

Sid pressed her finger to her full lips, thinking of a song."Well, I have a couple other songs, but there not really done...soo..Mabey this would do?"She asked, picking up her old lime colored friend and picked out the first few notes of one of her many unfinished songs.To her ears, it sounded lonely, sad and how at the same it peaceful."I call this one 'Johnny's Song'."She said, looking down at the bass, she closed her eyes and felt her way up and down the neck board.
The song was a bit fast paced, but the notes were low and close together, complicated.The pauses were far and few between.It was complex and it sounded good.Her fingers flew against the strings, hand running the neck board to keep up the tempo.But soon it slow, and it got more sad, and it slow at an alarming rate.It turned suddenly, soft and low, but it complicated note pattern never stopped.Her fingers never stopped flying against the bass, her hand never stopped running, keeping its self in the same range.
